| 摘 要： | 实现军事指挥自动化是进行国防军队现代化建设的重要组成部分，指挥自动化水平的高低已成为衡量一支军队现代作战能力的重要尺度。在阐述雷达指挥需求的基础上，介绍了雷达指挥自动化系统的功能设计及信息流设计，以及实现的关键技术。 |

| Abstract: | The realization of the automatization of the military command is an important part of the national defense and army's modernization construction.The level of the command automatization has already become an important scale of measuring the modern operation ability of an army.The paper firstly analyzes the needs and the functions of radar commanding automatization system,and then introduces the function and information flow design and key technologies of radar commanding automatization system which has already been used in the aerial defense intelligence command automatization successfully. |
