| 摘 要： | 我国现行的公务员行政处分救济制度是单一的行政救济方式。本文立足于对西方国家相关制度的比较研究，并对其社会发生机制进行分析，以期对我国可能引入司法救济方式的价值定位、制度设计提出自己的见解。
