摘    要:HEA304钢电渣重熔后易出现碳、氮含量及晶粒度超标。经过对电渣重熔渣系及电渣工艺的摸索试验,确定电渣重熔渣系及工艺要点,生产出优质的核材用HEA304锻件。

Abstract:HEA304 steel is likely to be out of limit in carbon and nitrogen content as well as grain size. By means of experiments on ESR slag system and ESR process,the slag system and key process are determined,and qualified HEA304 forgings used for nuclear are produced.
