摘    要:建设继电保护一体化监控系统可以提高继电保护专业管理水平,满足新形势下电网的精细化管理需求。通过对现状及需求的对比分析,提出了以现有整定计算、保护及故障信息系统、在线校核系统、设备管理系统为基础,通过加强这四大核心模块之间,以及其与雷电定位系统等的信息交互,建设一个管理内涵更为丰富的一体化监控系统。根据系统的建设需求,提出了系统的设计架构,并分析了建模、数据接口、模型拼接、在线校核及辅助决策等关键技术。从综合建模、横向融合、纵向贯通、远方控制等方面介绍了目前南方电网局部试点的应用情况。

Abstract:Construction of integrated protection monitoring and control system ( PMCS ) can improve the management level so to meet the requirement of delicacy management of the power grid enterprise. Comparing the current case with the demand in new situation, this paper presents the idea to construct an integrated PMCS systems, i. e. the calculation system, protection and fault recorder with more management connotation, which is based on the existing system, online verification system and equipment management system and through strengthening the information interaction among these systems and other systems such as the lightning location system. According to the construction requirement, the paper describes the construction demand and system architecture, and analyzes the key technologies, such as modeling, data interface, model integration, online to verify and decision support. The pilot construction and application in China Southern Power Grid (CSG) are summarized from the aspects of integrated modeling, horizontal integration, vertical penetration and remote control.
