湖北通山石煤钒矿选矿预富集探索研究

摘    要:通山石煤中的钒主要赋存在云母和碳质物中,经过选矿试验研究,焙烧脱碳的石煤在pH为10的碱性矿浆中,以Pb(NO3)2同时作为云母的活化剂和石英的抑制剂,油酸钠为捕收剂,加入六偏磷酸钠抑制方解石,经一次粗选、一次扫选浮选试验流程,可以得到V2O5品位1.231%、回收率64.67%的钒精矿。试验提高了石煤中V2O5含量,降低了铁矿物和方解石这两种主要酸耗物的含量,节省了浸出成本。

Preenrichment Exploration and Research on Stone Coal Throuh Benifacation

Abstract:The vanadium contained in stone coal in Tongshan exist in mica and carbonaceous material. After experimental research on beneficiation, the decarburized stone coal in pH value of 10 alkaline pulp, using the lead nitrate as the acvator of mica and inhibitor of quartz, sodium oleate as the collecter of mica, Adding sodium hexametaphosphate into the pulp to inhibits calcite, through a coarse sweep away the flotation test process, we get vanadium concentrate which the grade of V2O5 is 1.231% and recovery ratio is 64.67%. Enhanced the contents of V2O5, reduced the content of the major acid consumption material of iron mineral minerals and calcite, also reduced the handling capacity in smelting process of vanadium, saved the cost of leaching.
