南方电网220kV旁路代路风险分析与防控措施

摘    要:为了提高电网风险防控能力,统计了南方电网全网220 kV旁路保护配置情况,梳理了2011—2012年旁路运行情况,研究了不同类型保护代路过程中存在的风险;指出220 kV旁路代路过程中存在无主保护运行、长期单套主保护运行、主变压器引线失去主保护、断路器失灵联跳主变压器三侧功能丧失等风险,并提出了有效防控措施,以确保电网安全稳定运行。

Abstract:In order to improve the risk prevention and control ability of China Southern Power Grid ( CSG), this paper does statistical research of the 220 kV bypass protection configuration in the whole Grid, combing the problems of bypass operation during 2011-- 2012 years, and studying the potential risk in different types of bypass road process. The results show that there exist bypass road risks in the operations such as that without main protection, only with a single set of main protection in long term, without main protection for main transformer leads, without the function of switch failure tripping of main transformer three sides, etc. The related prevention and control measures are proposed to ensure the safe and stable operation of CSG.
