直埋集群敷设配电缆的载流量多回路修正系数校核

摘    要:配电网中电缆线路多、负荷重,集聚敷设十分常见。为了计算电缆集聚敷设载流量,开发了三芯电缆载流量计算软件。通过软件计算和现场试验,研究并校核了直埋敷设多回路修正系数。结果显示,单回路和四回路载流量试验结果与计算值吻合,验证了理论计算的正确性。多回路修正系数研究还表明,目前正在使用的直埋敷设多回路10 kV三芯电缆载流量修正系数偏大,不利于配电电缆线路的安全运行,建议采用所提出的直埋集聚敷设多回路修正系数推荐值对其进行修正。

Abstract:It is very common to direct bury the multi-circuit distribution cables in cluster laying as the cables of distribution network are so much and with great load. To the kind of cables with three cores, this paper develops a program for their load calculation. With the program and the site test, the rating correction factors for direct-buried multi-circuit distribution cables in cluster laying are studied and checked. The results show that for the single-circuit cable and four-circuit cable, the experimental values coincide with the calculation ones, proving the correctness of the program calculation. The study shows that the current rating correction factors for 10 kV three-core cables in engineering are too large for the cables operating safely. So it is advisable to correct the factors for the direct buried multi-circuit cables with the recommended values in this paper.
