摘    要:介绍某金矿堆存尾矿综合回收金锌工艺试验研究,采用混合粗选、混合粗精矿顺序浮选金锌的工艺流程处理该尾矿,最终获得含金34.28 g/t、含锌10.36%、金回收率62.93%的金精矿,含金2.18 g/t、含硫37.86%、硫回收率73.46%的硫精矿,含锌45.62%、含金1.12 g/t,锌回收率67.47%的锌精矿,有效地解决了金锌分离,实现了二次资源的综合利用,对该矿可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。

Experimental Study on Recovery of Gold and Zinc from Gold Tailings in Shanxi

Abstract:This paper briefly introduces recovery processing of Au-Zn from gold tailing in Shanxi. The mine is processed by the technique which includes mixed rougher flotation, secondary separation of gold and zinc from rougher concentrates, thus reaching a good result in separating gold and zinc from tailings minerals. The experimental research indicates that gold concentrate is 34.28g/t in gold grade, 10.36% in zinc grade, 62.93% in gold recovery, pyrite concentrate is 37.86% in pyrite grade, 2.18g/t in gold grade, 73.46% in pyrite recovery, and zinc concentrate is 45.62% in zinc grade, 1.12g/t in gold grade , 67.47% in zinc recovery. The research well solves the problem of Au-Zn separation, and comprehensive utilization of the secondary resources. Therefore, for sustainable development has important practical significance.
