内蒙古某镍矿工艺矿物学研究

摘    要:对内蒙古某镍矿进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究。工艺矿物学研究结果表明,镍矿物种类繁多,主要是辉砷镍矿,其次为紫硫镍矿和镍黄铁矿,少量为硫镍矿、硫镍钴矿、针镍矿、方硫铁镍矿,因此选矿工艺针对的主要是硫化镍选矿。镍矿物的嵌布粒度以细粒为主,并且部分镍矿物与黄铁矿嵌布关系密切,考虑到该矿石中黄铁矿的含量较高,因此为了得到较合理的选矿指标,建议采用镍硫混合浮选—镍硫分离流程。

Process Mineralogy of Nickel Ore from a Mine in Inner Mongolia

Abstract:Research on the process mineralogy of nickel ore in Inner Mongolia is carried out in detailed. The results show that there are varieties of nickel minerals, mainly gersdorffite, next violarite and pentlandite, and small amounts of polydymite, siegenite, millerite and Fe-vaesite, so the aim is mineral processing of nickel sulfide; Considering that the disseminated size of nickel minerals is mainly fine-grained, parts of them have a close relationship with pyrite, and the content of pyrite is higher, we recommend using the Ni/S bulk flotation-Ni/S separation flowsheet to obtain the reasonable beneficiation indexes.
