原材料预处理对锰酸锂性能的改性研究

摘    要:以经过某种特殊方式预处理后的电解二氧化锰为原料,采用机械活化—高温固相法得到掺杂尖晶石锰酸锂,经过化学分析、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、粒度分析、比表面积分析、电化学性能测试对锰酸锂进行表征。结果表明:经过原料预处理后,锰酸锂产品的杂质含量降低,粒度分布更加集中,颗粒大小均匀。电化学性能测定,经过原料预处理后锰酸锂0.5C容量达到113.7 mAh/g,1C循环53次后容量保持96.72%,较未经过原料预处理的锰酸锂性能有明显改善。

Abstract:Spinel typed Lix Mn2-yAyO4 compounds are prepared with the method of mechanical activation-high temperature solid state, and the manganese materials of LixMn2-yAyO4 are EMD prtreatmented by a special method. The performances of Lix Mn2-yAyO4 were carried by chemical analysis,XRD,SEM ,partical size,BET, electrochemical performance testing. Results showed that after pretreatment of raw materials, the Lix Mn2-yAyO4 compunds have lower impurity content, the patricle size is more concentrated, and the 0.5C capacity Lix Mn2-yAyO4 were 113.7 mAh/g, the capacity maintain 96.72% after 53 cylces with IC rate, the performance of lithium manganese oxide has clearly improved than not been pretreated.
