社会支持、自我效能感与幸福感的相互关系研究——一项高校青年教师的调查分析

摘    要:本研究采用了问卷调查的方法,检验了社会支持和自我效能感对高校青年教师幸福感的影响作用。通过对来自浙江省的高校青年教师进行调查,并且将收集到的数据进行变量的相关分析以及中介作用分析后,得到了以下结论:社会支持和自我效能感对高校青年教师的幸福感有显著的正向影响;自我效能感在社会支持与高校青年教师幸福感之间有显著的中介作用;提高社会支持和自我效能感对提升青年教师幸福感有促进作用。在本研究的最后,根据调查研究的结果,从主观支持、客观支持、对支持的利用度三个方面提出提高高校青年教师自我效能感和幸福感的建议。

Abstract:This study is aimed at examining the influence of social support and self-efficacy on the sense of happiness of young university teachers by means of a questionnaire. In this study, some young university teachers in Zhejiang Province were surveyed and the collected data were analyzed to investigate the variables and intermediary role. Hence some conclusions are made as follows: social support and self-efficacy have remarkably positive influence on the sense of happiness of young uni- versity teachers; self-efficacy plays a remarkable intermediary role between social support and the sense of happiness of young university teachers. Increased social support and self-efficacy contribute a lot to improving the sense of happiness of young university teachers. Finally the study puts forward some suggestions on the enhancement of self-efficacy and sense of happiness of young university teachers from the perspectives of subjective and objective support as well as the use of support.
