摘    要: 在铁矿粉配比为10%的条件下,系统地研究了加矿粉、澳矿粉和鄂矿粉对铁焦的反应性、初始反应温度和活化能等的影响。试验结果表明,与传统焦炭相比,加矿铁焦、澳矿铁焦和鄂矿铁焦的初始反应温度明显降低,降低的幅度取决于铁矿粉的种类和性质;其原因是铁矿粉的催化作用使铁焦的活化能降低,也致使焦炭的反应性提高;初始反应温度、活化能和反应性三者之间具有良好的相关性。

Abstract:At the ratio of iron ore powder of 10%, the influence of Canadian iron ore powder, Australian iron ore powder and E-Xi iron ore powder on reactivity, reaction beginning temperature and activation energy, etc. of iron cokes are researched systematically. The results show that, the reaction beginning temperatures of iron cokes decrease obviously, the decreasing extent depends on the type and property of iron ore powder; the mechanism should lie in the iron ore powders which make the activation energy of the iron cokes decreases and lead to reactivity of iron cokes increase; and the correlation among reaction beginning temperature, activation energy and reactivity is very well.
