| 摘 要： | 目的:观察应用联合双波长多脉冲调Q激光治疗机和光子嫩肤仪治疗雀斑患者的临床效果.方法:自2004年12月～2007年8月应用双波长多脉冲调Q激光治疗机和光子嫩肤仪联合治疗105例雀斑患者,雀斑患者用光子嫩肤仪治疗一个疗程后,再以双波长美容机治疗光子嫩肤不能去除的雀斑和深层色素斑.结果:随访3～12个月,所有病例雀斑痊愈率为50%,有效率为100%,伴发其他面部皮损均有不同程度的改善.结论:两种仪器联合治疗面部雀斑患者,能清除70%雀斑,其他皮损也得到很好的改观.
