微速差双转子系统整机动平衡技术进展

摘    要:以卧螺离心机为例,在分析微差速双转子系统不平衡机理的基础上,综述了国内,外该类转子整机动平衡技术的进展情况,认为不解拍整机动平衡法具有原理正确,方法简单,实施起来方便等优点,按照该原理成功开发的微速差双转子系统整机动平衡,预计有很好的工业应用前景。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the reasons which make it unbalance,the developments in technique of whole machine balancing for dual rotor system with little speed difference are introduced. It is found that the method without decomposing beat has following merits:The principle is correct, the method is simple ,use is conveniently. A intellectual whole machine balancing instrument for dual rotor systems with little rotating speed difference has been developed, it will possess a great practical application prospect.
