深冷处理对W18Cr4V铣刀片性能的影响

摘    要:以W18Cr4V高速钢铣刀片为研究对象,通过对比试验,分析了经多次深冷处理后铣刀片的组织转变特性和力学性能.研究结果表明,与一次长时间深冷处理相比,多次短时间深冷处理对于提高W18Cr4V铣刀片的力学性能效果更佳.

Abstract:Taking W18Cr4V HSS milling inserts as the study object,through the comparison experiment,after repeated cryogenic treatments,the structural transformation characteristics and mechanical properties of W18Cr4V milling inserts were analyzed.Research results show that the effect of improving mechanical properties of W18Cr4V milling inserts is better by the repeated cryogenic treatment than by the single long cryogenic treatment.
