金银花不同部位挥发油成分研究

摘    要:用固相微萃取技术提取了阴干金银花花蕾、银花和金花的挥发性成分,采用气相色谱-质谱联用结合保留指数法鉴定了其成分。分别从金银花花蕾、银花和金花的挥发油中鉴定出了39、48和39个化合物,三者共有成分10个。对比分析了花蕾、银花和金花的挥发性成分,发现在金银花花蕾开放的过程中,挥发性成分的转化有一定的规律性。结果表明,在用于治疗痈疖、丹毒、发热、上呼吸道感染等疾病时,应优先考虑金银花的花。

Abstract:The chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the buds,white flowers and yellow flowers of Lonicera japonica Thunb.dried at room temperature were extracted by solid-phase microextraction,and identified by GC-MS combined with Kvotas retention index.Thirty-nine,forty-eight,and thirty-nine compounds were identified from the buds,white flowers,and yellow flowers respectively,and ten compounds were present in all three parts.The results indicated that the transformation had certain regulations with the blooming of flowers,and priority should be given to the use of flowers of L.japonica Thunb in medical treatment.
