乙脒盐酸盐分析方法改进

摘    要:对乙脒盐酸盐定量分析方法进行了改进。将乙脒盐酸盐样品在110℃干燥6 h除去甲醇、乙腈和水分,然后测定干燥失重率和氯化铵的含量,用99%减去干燥失重率和氯化铵含量,即得乙脒盐酸盐含量。与医药行业标准相比,改进法测定操作简便、节省试剂。

Abstract:The improvement of quantitative analysis of acetam id ine hydrochloride was achieved.The sam-ple of acetam id ine hydrochloride was first dried at 110℃for 6 h for removing methanol,acetonitrile and water,and then the drying weight loss percentage on drying of acetam id ine hydrochloride was calculated,the content of ammonium chloride was determ ined by sod ium hydrate titration.The content of acetam id ine hydrochloride was obtained by deducting the content of ammonium chloride and the weight loss percentage on drying of acetam id ine hydrochloride from 99%.Thismethod was noted for its advantages of simple op-eration and saving reagent offers the over the med icine standard one.
