| 摘 要： | 近来，由于疫情与食品安全事件频发，人们也越来越重视健康与安全。面对蔬果上的农药残留问题，人们对蔬果清洗剂的需求也日益提高。主要分析了当今市场上蔬果清洗剂的产品功效现状。指出天然、高安全性、抗（抑）菌及高效的蔬果清洗剂将会是市场的发展方向。

| Abstract: | With the frequent outbreak of epidemic situation and food safety affairs, people pay more attention to the health and safety. Because of the increasingly serious pesticide residue, the requirement for vegetable ＆ fruit cleanser has been growing. The product benefits in the current market were mainly analyzed in this paper, and the article also indicated that products which including the characteristics of natural origin, high safety, antibacterial or baeteriostatic effect and high efficiency are the development trend of the market. |
