重型装备企业生产与能源耦合模型仿真系统

摘    要:用面向对象的方法设计了一重型装备企业生产与能源耦合模型仿真系统,该系统采用C#编写,使用了物料流、能源流、排放流、信息流“四流合一”的机制,内嵌离散事件仿真引擎,封装了仿真程序设计的大部分通用底层功能,具有使用简单、可拓展性高等特点,能够分析企业的能源利用情况。并通过举例说明了仿真系统的使用方法步骤,验证了该系统的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:This article provides a simulation system for coupling of production and energy consumption processes in heavy equipment enter- prise by-using object-oriented design and programming technology. The system packages the most underlying functions of simulation pro- gram design, with discrete event simulation engine embedded, depending on mechanism of four flows in one, featuring by simple use and high expandability. The system is apphed to a case to show operation steps and verify its correctness and validity.
