卡车地板纵梁无损检测及SEM分析

摘    要:应用传统表面着色及磁粉法、红外热像仪、x光荧光谱仪及扫描电镜显微分析(SEM)等分析测试技术,对卡车地板纵梁表面形貌、内部显微组织、热导性及化学组成进行了分析研究.研究结果表明:簿钢板在冲压成形后,其表面未出现裂纹,而内部材质却受到损伤,表现为显微组织的变化,晶粒变形,定向拉长,并在局部形成微孔及微裂纹,这将对地板梁的使用造成不利影响.

Abstract:In this paper,the surface modality and microstructure,thermal conductivity and chemical composite of the bend carline plate for the truck have been analyzed by means of surface coloration,magnetic powder detection,infrared thermograph and SEM.The study results show that after the thin armor plate experiences forming process,although the cracks do not appear on the surface of it,the inner materials have been changed,showing the changed microstructure,distorted grains,directionally elongated plate,and the appearance of some tiny cracks formed in part of the thin armor plate,which will bring some disadvantages for the utilization of the bend carline plate for the truck.
