基于马尔可夫链的白车身制造资源数量预测模型

摘    要:在分析了白车身制造资源的故障满足马尔可夫链性质的基础上,针对不同的故障情况确定了状态转移矩阵,并运用马尔可夫链性质得到各故障情况发生的极限概率。进而确定了该制造资源的故障率。最后以白车身前门生产线外板加强板焊接工位用到的手工悬挂点焊设备为例。验证了该预测模型的有效性。

Abstract:The applicability between failure of car-body-in-white manufacturing resource and Markov Chain are analyzed,then the state-transfer-matrix for different failures is founded,the final rates of all kinds of failures are gained,so the final failure is confirmed.Finally the hanging handwork spot welding equipment is illustrated,so the validity of the forecasting model is validated.
