企业医院改制后经营管理战略的思考与探讨

摘    要:企业医院从企业离剥改制后,要由封闭式的单纯福利型管理向开放式的经营管理型转变,成为相对独立的医务劳动生产者和经营者,如果对于将来没有一个长期的明确的方向,对于眼前出现的困境束手无策,就难于在新的技术和经济的大变革中继续生存下去,因而制定正确的经营管理战略就至关重要。在实践中,一要探析内外环境,把握发展方向;二要结合内外实际,理清战略思路;三要深化内部改革,推动战略实施。
