基于ADAMS的气动压管机工作机构虚拟样机设计与动态仿真

摘    要:在虚拟样机技术应用到机构设计的过程中,利用虚拟样机软件ADAMS在计算机上对气动压管机的工作机构进行了几何建模和动态仿真,并对工作机构进行了优化设计,简化了机构的设计过程,缩短了产品的研制周期,提高了产品的质量.

Abstract:The virtual prototype technology is applied to mechanism designing in this paper. The mathematic model and dynamic simulation of operating mechanism of pneumatic pipe extruding machine are proposed by using a simulation software, ADAMS. The simulation design is carried on operating mechanism. The results show that design process is simplified, the development cycle of product is shorten, and the quality of product is enhanced.
