| Abstract: | This article discusses that the cooperation between scientific consulting and design is required by the scientific development view. Scientific consulting is the basis for the design department to offer the primary working material, submit the exact data, do an analysis of continuous development and material integrated utility of project construction, optimize the project design proposal, complete the application and effect of scientific consulting in the project construction management. |
