| 摘 要： | 介绍一种采用光纤Ｆａｂｒｙ－Ｐｅｒｏｔ干涉原理实现以ＡＥ波检测的传感器，其振幅的分辨率高达埃级（１０＾－１０ｍ），频带扩展到１．４ＭＨｚ，且具有良好的测量稳定性和可靠性。

| Abstract: | A sensor based on optical fiber Fabry-perot interference principle is introduced. The amplitude resolution is as high as one angstrom (10~-10m) and the band width is extend to 1. 4 MHz. It can not only measure acoustic emission wave, but also has a high stability and reliability. |
