给水加氧处理技术及其应用

摘    要:介绍了加氧处理技术(CWT)的发展历史及其在我国汽包炉上的应用。我国汽包炉使用CWT的应JI}j经验表明,与全挥发处理(AVD相比,CWT具有降低受热面上的结垢速率、延长锅炉酸洗周期,减缓炉前系统的腐蚀,延长凝结水精处理的制水周期等优点,值得在我国汽包炉上推广应用。

Abstract:This paper introduces the devoloping history of combined water technology(CWT) and its application on drum boiler in China.The experience of using CWT on drum boiler shows:comparing with all volatile treatment(AVT),CWT has the advantage of reducing fouling speed rate on heating surface,prolonging the period of boiler acid cleaning,Retarding corrosion of boiler system and increasing water period of condensate water accurate treatment.It is valuable to recommend on drum boiler in China.
