| 摘 要： | 材料科学与工程技术的发展对材料类专业人才素质提出了新的要求。文章首先从根源上找出了创新人才培养不足的原因,然后提出了东华理工大学材料科学与工程技术人才创新能力的培养,应从自身实际出发,科学规划培养模式,构建有利于创新能力培养的课程结构和实践教学体系。

| Abstract: | The development of material science and engineering technology put forward new requirements for the cultivation of the talents.The artiele raises the reasons of insuffieieney of eultivation of innovatory talents from the root firstly,the cultivation of it in our university should start forn our own practice,establish the cultivation mode scientifically and construct the discipline structure and systerm which are favorable for the cultivation of creative ability. |
