膜分离技术在酸性染料生产中的应用

阐述了膜分离技术在酸性染料后处理阶段的应用，并与传统压滤法比较了染料的质量、废水处理和经济成本。结果表明分离技术不仅取代了传统的盐析、过滤、洗洒等过程，而且使产品质量得到了提高，又解决了废水处理，减轻了劳动强度，提高了经济效益。该技术是一项值得推广的新技术。

APPLICATION OF MEMBRANE SEPARATION TECHNIQUE IN THE PRODUCTION OF ACID DYES

Application of membrane separation technique in the after treatment stage of acid dyes was des cribed and a comparison with traditional filter pressing technique was made in terms of the quality of dyestuff, waste water disposal and economic cost. The result indicated that membrane separation technique not only replaced the process of salting out, filtering and washing but also improved product quality, solved the problem of waste wa ter disposal, lessened labour intensity and raised economic result. It is a new technique worthy of promotion.
