摘    要:为了正确评价太阳电池组件I-V特性曲线异常现象,通过对多个太阳电池I-V特性曲线组合的分析,分别探讨了安装和不安装旁路二极管的太阳电池组件的I-V特性曲线产生异常(台阶)的原因,分析了I-V特性曲线异常对热斑效应的影响,评价了I-V特性曲线异常与产品质量之间的关系,给出了太阳电池组件产生I-V特性曲线异常必须具备的三个条件,因此提出了减少和改善I-V特性曲线异常的方法。

Abstract:I-V curve abnormity of solar module was evaluated in this paper.
