| 摘 要： | 基于Excel数据处理平台,使复杂的数学求解鼠标化,运用运筹规划的方法就配送中心选址模型的确定、配送中心面对多项配送作业的优化及集成型配送中心的运输优化决策问题通过计算机软件加载的规划求解模块予以实现,并就涉及的每一个模型进行了实证性研究,有效地解决了物流管理决策中的优化问题,对处理其他物流决策的问题及生产运作管理中的优化决策问题具有普适性意义.

| Abstract: | Logistic distribution center is the key link in the systematic logistic chain optimization management.Several ways of logistic distribution center allocation and planning are analyzed.Combined with the features of Excel optimization analysis,the model of logistic distribution center allocation based on software and the optimization management about logistic distribution center are introduced.The method can be used in production and operation management. |
