外保温墙体传湿研究

摘    要:外保温墙体,尤其是粘结固定方式薄抹灰外保温系统是严寒地区实现建筑节能第二阶段目标的重要措施。由于外保温墙体具有良好的热稳定性,且结构层次具有热保湿传递的合理性,对其进行定量传热传湿分析的较少。本文按照《热工规范》对苯板外保温墙体进行验算,验算过程中对室内空气相对湿度、室外相对湿度的确定等各环节进行了详细的分析。

Abstract:Examines the external insulation wall of polystyrene(490mm-brick+50mm polystyrene),used for a cooperation project between China and Canada,analyses how to establish outdoor and indoor relative humidities,to determine the scope of adaptability and rationality of steam permeation theory,concludes from calculations for external insulation wall of polystyrene that condensation will occur in the layer of insulation,but the increase of moisture in weight in the polystyrene is lower than the limit of THERMAL DESIGN CODE FOR CIVIL BUILDING,and therefore,there is no need for vapor barrier in this kind of wall.
