紫外分光光度法测定皮革中的戊二醛含量

摘    要:采用紫外分光光度法测定皮革中的戊二醛含量。实验结果表明直接紫外法操作简便,但方法检出限较高,仅为10mg/L,回收率为92.4%~108.4%,相对标准偏差为0.056,相关系数为0.9998。而盐酸羟胺紫外分光光度法检出限为0.5mg/L,回收率为87.3%~99.6%,相对标准偏差为0.041,相关系数为0.9996。盐酸羟胺法较适合于皮革样品的检测。

Abstract:UV-spectrophotometry was applied to determine the glutaraldehyede concentration in leather. The experiment results without pretreatment showed the limit of detection was 10 mg/L, the recoveries were in the range of 92.4% - 108.4% , the relative standard deviation (RSD) of precision was 0.056, and the linear correlation of coefficient was 0.9998.
