| 摘 要： | 应用委托代理理论,建立了基于企业实力和风险分析的高校科技成果转化的数学模型;通过对模型的分析,揭示了企业实力、投资风险和道德风险是高校科技成果转化低效的3个制约因素,并进一步对其成因进行了分析;最后结合我国实际提出了促进高校科技成果成功转化的政策建议.

| Abstract: | Applying the theory of principal-agent,a mathematical model of transformation of universities' scientific and technical achievements is built up based on the enterprise strength and the risks analysis.By the analysis of the model,it is indicated that the enterprise strength,the investment risk and the moral risk are three constraints that lend to inefficiency of transformation of universities' scientific and technical achievements.Through analysis of its causes,some practical suggestions are brought forward... |
