| 摘 要： | 研究了在激光焊接中出现的两种异常现象，即焊缝的缩颈和表面凸起现象，结果表明：焊缝截面的缩颈是因激光束偏振、小孔壁聚焦、小孔内高压金属蒸气的动态行为引起的；表面凸起是因组织的变化，熔池熔体的流动，热膨胀及热应力引起的。

| Abstract: | The effect of two abnormal phenomena during laser beam welding was studied,that is shrinking of weld neck and bulging of weld surface.The results show that the shrinking of weld neck is inducred by polarization of laser beam,mural-focusing of laser beam and dynamic behavior of high pressure metal vapor in keyhole,and the bulging of surface is caused by transformation of microstructure,movement of molten metal,thermal expand and thermal stress. |
