基于GSM/GPRS的机群智能化工程机械监测诊断方法研究

摘    要:机群智能化工程机械监测诊断以移动作业的工程机械为对象,采用GSM/GPRS网络通讯技术、故障诊断技术、计算机技术、传感器技术、智能控制等技术,研究由沥青拌和设备、摊铺机、振动压路机、装载机和自卸汽车等单机所组成机群的智能化监测诊断系统的体系结构、诊断流程、人-机共栖协同诊断等关键技术。最终实现对施工机群的实时状态监测和故障诊断,减少施工机械故障停机,提高施工效率。

Research of GSM/GPRS Based Fault Diagnosis for Intelligent Construction Machinery Groups
Abstract:Construction machinery groups are composed of asphalt mixers, pavers, vibrating rollers, loaders and dumper truckers. In the intelligent system for fault diagnosis of construction machinery groups, GSM/GPRS based wireless communication technique, information technique, computer technique, sensor technique and intelligent control technique are adopted in the system. A series of key techniques such as system structure, diagnosis strategy and man machine commensalism for fault diagnosis are studied. Finally on line status monitoring and fault diagnosis for working construction machinery groups are accomplished, the down time of working construction machines faults is shortened and construction efficiency is promoted.
