编码器动态特性检测高速数据传输系统

为实现编码器动态特性检测中，动态误差数据采集系统与PC电脑的高速、实时数据传输，利用高速USB芯片CY7C68013和FPGA芯片设计了高速的数据传输系统。首先，系统采用CY7C68013芯片作为USB总线传输模块，并利用FPGA芯片对CY7C68013芯片进行控制，使USB芯片工作在SlaveFIFO模式下，完成与上位机电脑数据的发送与接收;然后，利用在PC中利用VC＋＋编写软件，完成对CY7C68013芯片的数据传送、接收和固件程序的烧写，并将接收到的数据显示和打印出来。系统具有传输速度快、数据准确、使用方便等优点，可以用在其他数据传输中。经过实验，系统在编码器误差数据采集系统的数据传输中，能够高速、实时的完成数据的传输工作，可以在PC软件中显示采集到的编码器数据，满足编码器误差数据采集系统设计和使用要求。

High-speed data transmit system of photoelectric encoder dynamic characteristics detection

To achieve high-speed and real-time transmit between computer and the dynamic error acquisition system of ab- solute optical encoder,designed high-speed data transmit system with USB chip CY7C68013 and FPGA chip. First,the transmit system use CY7C68013 chip for transmit part,and use FPGA chip to control CY7C68013 chip,make USB chip works at Slave FIFO mode, complete sending and receiving data with computer. Then, designed PC sohware by using VC＋ ＋, achieved sending data, receiving data and downloading program, also displayed and printed the data which were received. The system has the advantage of high-speed, high accuracy and convenience; also can use in other transmit works. Through the experiment,the system used in the dynamic error acquisition system of absolute optical encoder can complete the transmit works high-speed and real-time, and can display the error data, contented the designing and require- ment of dynamic error data acquisition system.
