企业人力资源绩效管理信息系统研究

摘    要:随着企业竞争的日益激烈,人力资源管理逐渐上升到了企业战略决策层的高度。常规的事务性工作已经不能满足企业良好运转的需要,企业关注如何增强学习能力、最大限度地提升员工的绩效,最终帮助企业实现其战略目标。信息技术的应用加速了绩效管理流程的发展,引入现代绩效管理理念与方法构建的以企业战略为导向,以软件系统为平台的人力资源绩效管理信息系统能够有效地储存、分析、分发绩效数据,实现企业对员工绩效的信息化管理。

Abstract:With the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, human resources management gradually rises to the height of the corporate strategy. The conventional work has been unable to meet the good functioning of the enterprise, companies are concerned about how to enhance the ability to study, to promote the performance and ultimately help achieve their strategic goals. Information technology accelerates the process of the development of performance management, applying modem methods of performance management on the software system platform creates a corporate strategy - oriented human resources perfomance management system which can effectively storage,analyze,publish performance data, and achieve information management of staff performance.
