| 摘 要： | 为解决外墙装饰中基层“收缩裂纹”的问题,采用聚丙烯酸合成树脂乳液为基料,钛白粉为颜料、碳酸钙、滑石粉为填料,添加消泡剂及其它助剂,经过试验对比,制得一种性能优良的环保型防渗抗裂外墙乳胶弹性涂料。同时讨论了不同乳液、颜料体积浓度(PVC)、涂层干膜厚度及附着力等主要因素对涂料性能的影响。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of skrinked crack in exterior wall,a kind of environment-friendly anti-crazed exterior wall emulsion coating was prepared,which was made of polyacrylate emulsion as film-forming agent,titanium dioxide,calcium carbonate and talcum powder as filler,added defoaming agent and other additives.The effect of emulsion properties,PVC ratio,paint film thickness and adhesion on the coating were studied.The applied formula was gained. |
