摘    要:DCS - 2 0 0 0力学性能集散式自动测试系统由上位机、通讯控制器、测量装置及拉力、扭转、弯曲试验机组成。介绍了拉力、扭转、弯曲进行自动测试的方法。指出影响该系统测量精度的主要因素是传感器的精度、放大电路的性能、A/D转换器的分辨率、转换精度及转换速度。采用高精度的传感器 ,良好性能的放大电路及A/D转换器 ,并通过软件对装置的校准进行修正 ,可提高该系统测量精度

Abstract:DCS-2000 deconcentration control system for auto test of mechanical property is composed of carry apparatus,communication controller,measuring installation and tensile force,torsion and bending testers The methods for auto testing tensile force,torsion and bending are introduced It is pointed out that the main factors affecting the measuring precision of the system are the precision of sensor,the property of amplification circuit,the distinguishability,conversion precision and speed of A/D converter Using high precision sensor,amplification circuit with good property and A/D converter,and amending the calibration of installation by software can raise the measuring precision of the system
