汽轮机内缸二维温度场计算模型

摘    要:为研究汽轮机内缸温度场,在二维圆筒壁非稳态导热微分方程的基础上,得出了汽轮机内部蒸汽温度沿轴向线性分布、随时间非线性变化、外壁对流换热的温度场迭代计算公式。该模型与有限元计算结果的对比表明,所得模型计算精度高,速度快,可用于汽轮机内缸温度场的计算,进而可计算出内缸的轴向热膨胀。

Abstract:Based on 2D unstable heat conduction differential equation of cylinder walls,iterative formulas for temperature field calculation of steam turbine's inner cylinder are obtained,inside which the steam temperature is linearly distributed along axial direction,and varies nonlinearly with time,while on the outer wall,heat convection exists.Compared with finite element calculation way,the model gives calculation results with high precision at a faster speed,which may be applied for relevant temperature field cal...
