| 摘 要： | 在汕头万丰热电有限公司2^#锅炉的技术改造中，针对燃油工艺中出现的种种问题及水煤浆工艺本身的特性，采用了变频调速的控制方案，实现了供浆泵的安全可靠、节能高效地运行。介绍了变频器的工作原理、系统构成、软件实现方案等。实际应用证明该系统控制起／制动的自动化程度，为锅炉安全运行起到了重要的作用。

| Abstract: | In the process of technical retrofit for 2^# boiler in Shantou Wanfeng Thermal Power Co., Ltd., in accordance with the problems in fuel oil process and the characteristics of water coal slurry, the variable frequency control strategy is adopted. The operating safely, reliability, energy saving and high efficiency of slurry supplying pump are fulfilled. The operational principle, system construction, software strategy are. introduced. The practical application proves that the level of automation of start/brake in this system plays an important role in safe operation of boiler. |
