| 摘 要： | 为解决现有湿式混凝土喷射机的粘结和堵管问题,推广湿喷机在煤矿井下的应用.SPL一4型湿式混凝土喷射机排料系统采用压风和螺旋排料结构,风料混合室采用环形螺旋风吹料,使之在弯管内形成稀薄流形态.在煤矿锚喷巷道应用表明,压风和螺旋排料可保持供料的连续性,防止湿料的黏结.风料混合室的内外室结构及进风口的角度可以使湿料形成稀薄流,保证输送过程不堵管.SPL-4型湿式混凝土喷射机的排料和输送结构可有效解决黏结和堵管问题,使湿喷机适应煤矿井下应用条件.
