摘    要:通过理论推导,通过一次风管道弯头内外圈之间的差压信号与一次风速的函数关系,经试验研究证明,该函数关系完全正确而且不受弯头角度大小的影响,经实际应用对比试验证明,该技术具有很高的可靠性和精度,可解决一次元件磨损问题,而且成本低,通用性强,能完全满足一次风速在线监测的需求。

Abstract:A functional relationship has been established through theoretical devivation for the pressure difference signal between the inner and outer rings of the primary wind pipeline elbow and the primary wind velocity. Experimental study proved that this functional relationship is perfectly right, and the magnitude of the elbow angle has no effect on it in any way. Actual applications showed this technique has very high reliability and accuracy; it can be used to eliminate the wear of primary parts; and for its lower cost and higher generality, it can be used to fully satisfy the need for on line monitoring of primary wind velocity.
