基于FLAC 3D 下水工建筑基坑工程支护结构设计研究

摘    要:香炉山输水隧洞泵闸枢纽地质环境复杂,基坑工程的建设面临多方面因素影响,为此针对该基坑工程开展支护结构方案优化设计。利用FLAC 3D 对不同支护结构型式下的基坑沉降、闸站沉降以及桩体位移进行了仿真计算,评价认为内支撑支护方案最优,且桩间距控制在不超过2.5m 最为适宜。研究成果可为水工建筑基坑工程支护设计及工艺参数优化提供参考。

Abstract:The geological environment of the pump gate hub of the Xianglushan water diversion tunnel is complex, and the construction of the foundation pit project is affected by multiple factors.Therefore, the optimization design of the support structure scheme was carried out for this foundation pit project.Using FLAC 3D, simulation calculations were conducted on the settlement of foundation pits, gate station settlement, and pile displacement under different types of support structures.The evaluation found that the internal support scheme was the best.The results showed that the spacing between cast-in-place piles should not be too long, which can easily cause uncontrollable pile displacement,and it is most suitable to control the pile spacing within 2.5m.The research results can provide reference for the support design and process parameter optimization of hydraulic building foundation pit engineering.
