摘    要:比较了高风压钻头渗碳层深度的不同检验方法,并对其正确性和实用性进行了探讨。除了ISO2639-1982标准规定用9.807N载荷的维氏硬度法测定有效硬化层深度外,对维氏硬度计用其他几种载荷来测定有效硬化层深度的适应性进了探讨。研究了有效硬化层分界处的碳含量及显微组织特征。

Abstract:This paper compared several testing methods of carburized depth of high air pressure drill and evaluafed their accurately and practicality.Besides testing the effective hardening layer depth with load of 9.807N of Vickers hardness according to ISO standard,applicability for other loads were discussed.The carbon contents and microstructure in the boundary of effective hardening layer were also discussed.
