| 摘 要： | 如何建设一个适应电力系统特点的优质交换网络是值得探讨的话题，文中重点描述了江苏省电力通信网络改造所应用的1 1交换方案实例，提出了网络分层建设的必要性和优势，针对该方案在电力通信网络的使用进行了深入探讨，客观地分析了其对于电力通信系统的优势，并进一步考虑到NGN网络的演进问题，提出建设具备向下一代网络演进的交换网络的建议。

| Abstract: | It is an important topic that how to build a telecommunication switching network which can provide high quality and fit the needs of electric power system.The paper mainly introduces the 1+1 switching network solution used in the amelioration project of Jiangsu provincial power system telecommunications(PST)network,puts forward the necessity and advantage of this kind of hierarchical network scheme.The paper also explores the possibility of using this kind of solution in the nationwide PST switching network,discusses some relevant issues and problems.Taking the NGN development into consideration,the paper also gives some proposals to build a switching network that can be evolved smoothly towards the NGN. |
