石壕煤矿副井井壁加固技术应用研究

摘    要:特殊地质条件下的井筒施工,要特别注意井壁的加固。为了有效治理井壁变形问题,对石壕煤矿副井井壁围岩结构进行了研究,并分析了井壁围岩破坏原因,提出了采用注浆加固配合高强树脂锚杆、锚索(部分为对穿锚索)的井壁加固方案。实践表明:该法成功解决了矿井井壁变形难修护的问题,保证了矿井的正常生产,对类似条件井壁的修护有借鉴作用。

Abstract:It should be paid attention to the reinforcement of wall especially during the well construction under special geological conditions.In order to effectively control wall deformation,through the research and analysis for auxiliary shaft rock structure of Shihao Coal Mine,the reinforcement plan by grouting with high strength resin bolt,anchor(part of opthread-prestressed strand anchor)was used.Practice shows that,the problem of mine wall deformation was solved by the successful application of this technology,which ensured normal production in coal mine,and it is worthy of being spreaded and used in other coal mines with similar conditions.
