常规抽汲和油管泵抽汲配合试油工艺探讨

油管泵是针对稠油井试油而开发的一种试油工具，其动力为作业机车，通过机车带动油管泵的活塞上下运动达到排液求产的目的，很好的解决了稠油井试油的问题，但存在人工强度大、对设备性能要求高、易磨损油、套管等问题；常规抽汲是利用机车转动抽汲绳带动水力式抽子，在油管内上下活动达到排液求产的目的，但存在着遇稠油抽汲困难的问题。将两种工艺结合，可达到既能减少劳动强度、降低对设备性能的要求，又能有效解决管柱磨损的问题，从而使稠油试油得到较好的效果。

Discussion on Coordination Oil Test Tech of Conventional Swabbing with Tubing Pump Swabbing

Tubing pump is a kind of oil testing tool designed for heavy oil well and whose power is the operating locomotive.The pistons of tubing pump move up and down driven by the locomotive to reach the purpose of discharge for production,which solves the problems of oil test properly.While,it has problems of that the labor intensity is big,the requirements for device performance are high,tube and casing is easy to wear.Conventional swabbing uses of locomotive rotating pumping rope to drive the hydraulic sub,which moves down and up to reach the purpose of discharge for production,but it is difficult to do when heavy oil existed.By combining two kinds of technologies,it can not only reduce the labor intensity,lower the requirement of equipment performance,but also can effectively solve the problem of pipe string wear,so as to get a better effect of heavy oil testing.
