套铣穿越打捞一体化技术的研究和应用

摘    要:塔里木油田的油气水井大多属深井超深井,高温、高压差、高含硫化氢、酸化压裂腐蚀对井下机具和套管造成很大损伤,井下机具、管串落井事故频发。随着开发的深入,套管渗漏、变形、破裂、错断的现象不断增多。通过技术改进和常规工具改装,实现套铣穿越打捞一体。该技术缩短了事故处理周期、降低了事故处理成本,提高了事故处理的成功率,为井下复杂事故处理积累了经验。

Abstract:Oil,gas and water wells in the Tarim oilfield are mostly deep and super deep wells,and damages from that’s high temperature,high pressure and high content of hydrogen sulfide,corrosion of acid fracturing to down-hole tools and casing is great,and the falling accidents of down-hole tools and testing string are happened frequently.With in-depth of the development,the phenomenon of casing leakage,deformation,rupture,dislocation is increase.Through the technical improved and conventional tool adapted,the integrated technology of milling through fishing is realized.It could reduce the treatment cycle for accident,loss the cost,and improves the accident treatment success rate,which accumulates the experience for treating complex down-hole accident.
