摘    要:以影响切屑断裂应变的重要因素为基础,对切屑断裂应变随切削速度v、进给量f、背吃刀量ap的变化规律进行了理论分析;分析结果显示:高速切削时,当进给量f和背吃刀量ap不变的情况下,随着切削速度v的增加,切屑的断裂应变εB先是增加,然后又减小;当切削速度v和背吃刀量ap不变的情况下,随着进给量f的增加,切屑的断裂应变εB是减小的。当切削速度v和进给量f不变的情况下,随着背吃刀量ap的增加时,切屑断裂应变εB基本是定值。以上分析结果对了解切削参数对切屑折断性能的影响具有重要的意义。

Effect of Cutting Parameters on Chip Fracture Strain

Abstract:Based on the main factors which affect chip fracture strain, the effects of cutting speeds v, federate f, and depth of cut ap, on chip fracture strain were theoretically analysed. The analysis results showed that when feedrate f and depth of cut ap were constant values, chip fracture strain εB increased first and then diminished as cutting speed increasing. When cutting speeds v and depth of cut ap were constant values, chip fracture strain εB diminished as feedrate f increasing. When cutting speeds v and federate f were constant values, chip fracture strain εB was a constant value as depth of cut ap increasing. The analysis result above is of great significance to know the effect of cutting parameters on chip breaking performance.
